SHAMIK SEN GUPTA

Shamik is a self-taught film director, screenwriter and producer whose films and ads have won international awards such as IFVA Hong Kong, IFFLA, The One Show, Mad Stars and Clio and several others. ‘The Calling’ featuring Radhika Apte, a branded piece for Myntra written and directed by Shamik won a Gold Abby for Gender Sensitivity. Shamik’s work is known for nuanced performances and subtle humour driven by his unique visual language. While juggling a busy career in making ad-films, he writes shows and feature films. One of his series is in development for a major OTT and he is currently directing and co-producing his indie Bengali feature film.

DEBJANI ROY CHOUDHURY

Debjani brings nearly two decades of experience in account management in advertising, having worked with global brands like LG, Garnier, STAR Networks, Johnson’s, McDonald’s, and Zee Networks at agencies including JWT, Ogilvy, and DDB. Most recently, she was AVP Client Servicing at Publicis Worldwide and she has the experience of handling 50+ national campaigns. She joined Tandem as a Marketing Producer as a natural progression in collaborating with creatives and brand managers to create campaigns. Outside of work, Debjani is an artist, blogger, animal communicator, and healer, but she treasures her role as a mom to her four rescued cats the most.

BUSHRA SHERIFF

Bushra is a creative producer with 15 years in advertising, content production and music festival production. She has successfully delivered high-quality campaigns for brands such as Mokobara, Reliance Trends, Myntra, Xiaomi, Flipkart, and GooglePay and has collaborated with agencies like Talented, Cheil, and Mullen Lowe to create compelling content for their clients. Renowned for her expertise in balancing creativity with efficiency, she loves turning high pressure, complex creative asks into polished, impactful and sometimes award-winning films.
